MCQ's sequence is being changed

Hi, I have added quiz in a course but the problem I am having is that the MCQ's sequence is being changed. e.g here is a sequence in I added in a question https://prnt.sc/k3l4cw and here is the sequence at frontend https://prnt.sc/k3l4hv you can see the option "all of the above" must be at last sequence but it is not. Can you explain this plz? thanks

Please make sure that " Randomize Quiz Question Options(for multiple correct type) " option is disabled from wp-admin -> lms -> settings .
