Member directory / login picture location

1. I found that once my student login into my website by Facebook/Google, no picture shown up on my website avatar. and found that the login picture stored location on... as picture below. I would like to change it, please advice how to do.

1. On Member directory page, I would like to change grid to be 3 or 4 column like picture below , please advice.

when customer register on my website by google/Facebook

1. I create member directory tab on vibe mode below, when I click profile to look at instructor information, it pop up to profile page not on vibe mode/page reload/not on vibe mode
