Membership capabilities vs shop /woocommerce

I have 3 subscriptions set with s2member at levels 1,2 and 3. I then have a few separate items that I want to sell separately. If I sell them in woocommerce shop and then link them to a course it seems that the links showing them in the curriculum can be accessed by signed in members? http://www.muslimahwebdesign.co.uk/lookovermyshoulder/course/muslimah-magazine-theme/?action=curriculum I have not chosen any level or capability for these units. How do I sort this issue out?
