Messages being sent to wrong users

Hi, please when I log into my dashboard, and send a message to a user, the message ends up in other users accounts. Can you help out ?

I have screen recording and noted down what is going on. Creating a new message does not interfere with anything. It is only with ongoing chats. Double messages Tutor sends message to a student(Janet Nss6) Message to student disappeared(Janet Nss6) Tutor sends message to student(Janet Nss6) again Now messages appear twice in the chat 2. Mix up of chats Tutor messages another student( Joshua student) Chat with student(Janet Nss6) appears in chat with student just messaged(Joshua student) I think the messages send to the chat that is at the top of the list. i.e message intended for janet appeared in joshuas chat because janets chat was at the top of the list of different chats) 3. Messages not being cleared Messages aren’t cleared from text area once they have been sent- the same message that was sent appears in the text area if many chats once it has been sent

can you get the credentials for those users with which we can test these or give us permission to create new ones accordingly
