mobile notification

Is there a mobile notification when add new course , expire course, Student applied for Course ...... etc (Similar to e-mail notification  in wplms theme in notification settings control panel)

Sorry this is not available as of now in wplms, but we are working on wplms app feature in which this feature will be available.

I mean mobile sms messages not with mobile application? If not exist, I want to enable it by edit some code but I want the code that Control process notification in our theme) Thanks

This is not available in wplms theme and the sms notification depends on the sms gateway and the same gateway may not work in every  country. There is no such code in the theme to achieve this. We are working on wplms app feature in which push notification feature will be available but not the mobile sms.
