January 24, 2016 at 7:37 pm #20260mastubbsParticipantHi! I was tempted by the 2.0 update but sadly i'm getting nowhere with it at the moment, im hoping you can help. I have installed fresh wordpress multisite with a single sub-site. I have uploaded the new themes wplms and wplms modern, and activated modern. All plugins installed and activated, sample data imported. However, sadly the site isnt working with a number of issues including: no content (just header) shown on course page (pic 1); style errors on all courses page (pic 2), unable to launch login modal from some pages; where able to launch modal, style errors (pic 3)....etc.... I notice your sticky says to ensure all plugines are 2.0 versions. A couple of mine are NOT: Co-authors plus addon and customizer plugin are not 2.0, but they are the latest versions bundled with the latest theme download. Im not sure if this is part of the problem but i though i should let you know. Any help would be really appreciated Thanks in advanceJanuary 24, 2016 at 7:40 pm #20261mastubbsParticipantAccess credentials: site: test1.magicmedicine.co.uk username: testing password: testing-pass Thanks again! Please try adding the given code in your wplms-customizer.php file in wplms-customizer plugin : .col-md-4 > .instructor>img.avatar { height: auto !important; }January 25, 2016 at 10:29 pm #21004mastubbsParticipantHi Alex, Thanks for the reply but it hasn't really helped im afraid. 1. all plugins are updated as per the latest release of wplms download on themeforest (6780226 - downloaded yesterday and uploaded to fresh install of WP 4.4.1). MOSTLY the plugins are versions 2.0 BUT co-authors plus and customizer plugin are versions 1.1 and 1.0 respectivly. Can you confirm these are the latest versions please? (the version numbers for these are not listed in the forums (pic attached) - but im sure they are the latest versions, as i said they are from the latest themeforest download). Also, vibe custom types is 2.0, not 2.0.1 in the latest download- but i doubt this is the cause of the problem either. 2. Sadly this made no difference. To replicate the issue please visit the site i have listed in private post above and you will see it! Thanks in advance.January 26, 2016 at 9:08 pm #21358duy87SpectatorFacing the same issue, everything there in the modern 2.0 is showing badly.. In customizer - theme layout... NONE of the layouts are changing in frontend(directory layout, profile layout, course layout, group too...) Header styles dont work as well. I really like the transparent navigation menu from 2.0 parent theme. Looks very good. How could you guys release an update with so many issues I am reading in your forum..January 27, 2016 at 1:02 pm #21704Anshuman SahuKeymaster1. It seems the plugins are updated to latest .So it seems the issue is with the cache sometimes server also caches the scripts and pages. Please contact webhost to clear the cache fro their side too and clear your browser cache also . If it does not helps then please share admin credentials and site url to check this siseu at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing the credentials . 2. Try adding the given code in your wplms-customizer.php file in wplms customizer plugin : add_action ('wp_footer','correct_all_inst_page'); function correct_all_inst_page(){ echo ' <style>
.col-md-4 > .instructor>img.avatar {
height: auto !important;
}
<style> '; }January 28, 2016 at 12:15 am #21894mastubbsParticipantHi Alex, thanks for your reply. I have cleared the browser cache. The server doesn't cache, i run a VPS and have disabled all cache from my WHM control panel but this has not fixed it im afraid. I have tried adding your code, but also no luck sadly :-( If you could have a look i would be really grateful. Thanks, Matt site: test1.magicmedicine.co.uk username: testing password: testing-passJanuary 28, 2016 at 8:36 am #22062MrVibeKeymasterRefer tutorial : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-upgrade-to-wplms-2-0/ Let me know if this does not help.January 29, 2016 at 12:08 am #22466mastubbsParticipantHi Alex and Mr vibe, I'm still really struggelling with this. I've also installed the latest wplms theme and all the most up to date plugins and cleared all caches, but its still not working :-( I would be really really grateful if you could take a look at the site for me. Thanks.January 29, 2016 at 12:19 am #22469mastubbsParticipantACCESS CREDENTIALS: I have installed both default and modern themes but i cant get either to work. MattJanuary 29, 2016 at 12:07 pm #22719Anshuman SahuKeymasterWe have released a couple of more updates yesterday . Please update all the plugins to the latest . And the re-save the permalinks to postname and then clear browser cache . Make sure the cache has been cleared from server side too . For the course permalinks issue refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/course-permalinks-not-working/January 29, 2016 at 11:08 pm #22961mastubbsParticipantHi Alex and Mr Vibe, I have updated absolutely everything to the latest versions. Re-installed wordpress and the latest versions of theme. I have re-saved permalinks and cleared all caches. I have added the course permalinks fix code to wplms customizer. Still its not working with loads of bugs and unable to access many areas of the course pages. I have been working on this for hours every day since 2.0 was released and still never got it working. I really would be really, really grateful if you could log into my site and take a quick look as im sure you will be able to work out why its not working so much faster than i can. All login credentials are as post above. Thanks so much in advanceJanuary 30, 2016 at 10:26 am #23134MrVibeKeymasterI am unable to see the WP Admin panel of your site. However, we've released a fix for this. Update Vibe Course module plugin to version 2.0.4 -
