modifying the course page

this is a single course link: https://krishipathshala.in/course/cytogenetics/ In this page and all the related pages The left panel has similar background colour as the fonts. so the fonts are not visible clearly . Please show me how to change the colour as well as font type of the left panel. Also suggest me if there is any provision of changing the background of the left panel.
