Move or duplicate WPLMS site

Hi, I have two question 1. Can I move my localhost site to my live domain?

1. Can I duplicate the whole WPLMS in another folder of my site?(how to do that)

I read the import/export options from WPLMS Panel at Dashboard but I thing I need some further information. Do you have any tutorial for that? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the answer. BackupBuddy seems to be a great plugin. But is there any free solution about that?

No there is no free solution to this. The best and good plugins for backup are generally paid.
