Multilanguage site plugins

Hi! How you doing? My site is in Spanish by default, but I wanna create a copy of it in English. I've read that you suggest to install WPML plugin and watched a video about it. In that video it was said that you need these plugins:

• WPML CMS Nav
• WPML Multilingual CMS

But those ones cannot be downloaded, where can I get them? Do I have to pay for them? Thanks in advance!! Regards

WPML is a paid plugin which provides packages. You can check on their site which package you will need for your site. It is mentioned that which plugin is for what purpose. So you don't need to purchase all the plugins. Just invest your money in that package which you actually need
