Well memcache and opcache support is added with optimized code which is already done in wordpress and also in wplms theme . W3 Total cache plugin have options to enable memcache and opcache support in wordpress if server supports it .   Its all ok from theme side and I do not know what else to do this in theme code and wordpress .This is all I know about caching .
