WP Rocket is working okay except "js minification, js combine and deferred js ". HTML minification & CSS minification , CSS combine and CSS optimized delivery and CDN are working fine but as soon as js minification is checked the PWA panel is not working, even if we put exceptions/exclude  all js files under assets under vibebp or wplms-plugin or wplms theme, the PWA login panel is still not working properly. Please test at your end and suggest optimal configuration.

If you are excluding the js files of these folders then it should work. Are you using any third-party plugin as well? Try minification of the js files of those plugins and check if it affects the speed or not

Tried already but did not work. The PWA panel was working after doing the way you said but after login redirection the top right name was showing blank white and no drop-down was showing where the profile or setting link there. Yes using 3rd party plugin but tested deactivating them still did not work. Working only when I keep js minification , he combination and js deferred off . I have already shared credential in my separate threads , please have a look.

Yes I know but my page speed was earlier with WPLMS 3.9.9 on desktop 99 and mobile 85-90. In that comparison it's slower now :) Anyway, I will look forward to your article if any specific js file to exclude or not.  Meanwhile if I get any further working solution with WP Rocket, will let you know.
