    Hi, How to create and setup Instructor Ninja Signup form? I have followed all the step which is suggested by you. But still its not working. Reference used : http://vibethemes.com/forums/forum/wordpress-html-css/wordpress-themes/wplms/tips-tricks-docs/13992-tip-using-instructor-sign-up-with-ninja-forms User shows in submission menu but its not showing in Main All USERS menu.

    Please note that that tutorial is so old .Ninja forms is updated many times after that . Please try installing the ninja forms front end addon for the instructor signup or try using the Gravity forms plugin .
