Ninjaforms broke website after latest wplms update

That's because I went into FTP to the plugins folder and renamed the ninjaforms folder ninjaforms-old so it would be deactivated...   So, if ninjaforms doesn't work, how will instructors sign up as such?   Thanks.

Please refer again to my reply above . I mentioned this is working fine at our test site with latest version of plugins and theme. Are using any addon plugin of ninja forms? i would be needing ftp credentials too to check this at your end . Please share screenshots and proper steps to replicate the issue . Please share admin credentials and site url to check this out .
