no 404 page

Hi, when someone makes an error on my site, there is no 404 page. Can you tell me how to add the 404 page?

1. Create a page in wp-admin->pages 2. Set it in wp-admin->WPLMS->Miscellaneous 3. Refer screenshot : http://prntscr.com/9vu6gd
