no albums and videos on the list in Vimeo Library

Hi, I can't see files/albums and when I'm uploading large video(300mb) progress stuck on 80%. I have pro plan, app has access to upload to my own account. I saved id, secret key, max upload size = 3072 and generated token with all options.

For upload of 300mb large videos please increase your  WP Max Upload Size: 301 MB PHP Post Max Size: 301 MB   We post the whole uploaded video in one go using curl request to vimeo server and large files needs post max size to be large . We are working onto resummable uploads which should resolve the size limitation as it will upload video data in chunks .   Cant see albums : please make sure you have plus or pro account on vimeo and atleast have one album/collectio created . Please make sure that you have upload access to vimeo .
