No confirmation by register !URGENT!

Hello support, I have created a support ticket five days ago in which I have received only a partial response. Here is the link to the ticket: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/login-problems-4/ I have a big problem, which is extremely urgent, because this page will be advertised in the next few days. When registering on the site, there is no confirmation of registration by mail. We have tested it several times and there was simply no confirmation. How can we solve this problem? Kind regards

Few pointers to check : please make sure you have enable some settings: goto wp-admin -> lms – > settings -> emails -> email options -> edit activation email template -> check if there is any template there . If not then please set one . refer : http://prntscr.com/brx18f http://prntscr.com/brx1ju Also check if wordpress wp-login.php page password reset function is working or not ? try using : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/postman-smtp-for-emails/

There could be many reasons why they are not working in your site. please check docs.wplms.io for already resolved issues. There are FAQ's and other help links shared in the docs. Emails is by default BuddyPress & WordPress function.
