No elements appear in Customise Logged in Menu

Hi, when I try to create new labels for the logged in menu don't appear components, I can only add links How can I solve it?

Tnx for your answer. I want to translate some label like "Notifications" and others. So I have to delete the existing one and make a new one. If I delete one of theme will appear the label to add? If I delete the one to be modified then the label function will appear?
