no profile picture 4.0

Hi, if there is no profile picture uploaded in version 4.0, then the username is shown instead next to the username. Is there a possiblility to set a default profile picture, kind of a placeholder, instead? Here is the username "Jens" for example https://ibb.co/yWKtBCn And since there is no photo uploaded, the username is repeated at the place where the photo should be. How can I set a standard-picture for everyone that is registering on the page? Thanks.
