my site setting has some serious problems.
my website is located at https://bxxxxxxx.com/
after login, I am not redirected to my dashboard or profile page.
even members of the site experience the same problem.
no one can attend the course because "start the course button" redirect to the home page itself.
login also redirects to the home page.
please help me to solve this problem.

This problem happend after i remove browser catche.
Check the screen short for clarity. only one recent course in website has "start course" button. all other course is not showing "start course" button

The redirection issue has been fixed

There is some php error appearing on the new course status but i dont have your admin creds to check it .
Please shre your valid admin credentials and also ftp credentials to fix the issue at your end .
for old start course :
Please goto wp-admin -> wplms => course manager and check if " Take This Course Page" its is set or not .
If not set please select the course status page there .

The issue was appearing because your have enable the touchpoints on various accasions .
there is an ongoing issue with wp 5.5 and buddypress for the emails .
the solution is to configure smtp server now using any third party plugin and your webhost .https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/postman-smtp-for-emails/
and then add this code in your wplms-customizer.php file in wplms customizer plugin :
add_filter( 'bp_email_use_wp_mail', '__return_true',99999 );
yes sir this worked very well.
but I dint get ur instruction about sntp plugin and the addition of codes in wplms-customizer.php
currently, i am using wp mail SMTP to sent email...
also email subscriber plugin to sent newsletters
what i don't i do in this situation?
do i need to change the plugins?
Its ok then but please configure the smtp server with the plugin and add the code suggested above to resolve email issue and re-activate the touch points .
Now as soon as you will enable touch points the issues will began to appear .Therefore its necessary to setup smtp server and add the code above .

i followed one youtube tutorial to set up the email functionality in my site and for the same i used WP MAIL SMTP PLUGIN
TO THE CONFIGRATION IS OVER?
AND THE THING I SHOULD DO IS JUST PASTING THAT CODE wplms-customier.php
?
Please forget that and refer this simple solution :
login via ftp or cpanel -> file manager .
Navigate to wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/classes/class-bp-phpmailer.php file and then make this change :
