not able to add unit or assinment

after updating ,i am not able to add unit or assignment, my theme is 2.0.2 updated and all plugins as well plz see the screen shots

I'm still not able to add a second unit when creating the curriculum of the course on the front end course creator, it's just not possible no matter how much I change the settings, please point me in the right direction, what code can I add and where

@shahidimranrao : Can you please share site url as well as admin credentials to check the issue. Also let us know how you are creating course from frontend or backend, where exactly are you facing the issue. If you could share some screenshots it would be great.

update wordpress to  v4.4.2  and problem solved, now everything is working fine
