    It seems like WPLMS Dashboard plugin is deactivated. Can you please check and confirm.

    active. Once again turn on and off, there is no result.

    Have you tried adding the widgets in the student and instructor sidebars form apperance -> widgets  . If above does not resolved the issue then please share admin credential and site url to check this issue at your end . PS: mark  reply as private while sharing the credentials .
