not show the option to upload profile pictures

I tried to add profile pictures in my profile but not show that option, i allow the field: Allow registered members to upload avatars but not works even i tried this: goto wp-admin > settings > buddypress > options > template pack. Please refer : http://prntscr.com/krz4zk

hi please confirm if you are using BuddyPress single page if yes then try to disable that and then check the same

Is necesary use "Buddypress in single page" It is a requirement for WPML translations. =( I read the guide to use WPML

For test I uncheck "BP in single page" and not show the option to change image
