Notifications signs about new notifications and messages

I have an issue with notifications signs about new notifications and messages. It was visible in previous versions of WPLMS. But now even if I have a new message I need to open messages page and check the new letters inside. See screenshots: this user has a new message. But there is no sign about it in menu (notification, messages, number of new one etc) https://fex.net/ru/s/nsb9mvm How can I set some icon/dot to show there is something new for user in his WPLMS "letterbox" (ex. 3 new messages)?

hi for real time notification we have the same in push notification and for the sign it was available in v3 not in v4 we can add the same in v4 in future updates
