Number of carousel blocks not working in mobile

Hi, I'm trying to make only one block appear in carousel in mobile devices, but it's not working. I think I have done everything correctly, but I'm sharing my configs, anyways: http://prntscr.com/c7pn0y http://prntscr.com/c7pncy

The settings are correct and you have set the minimum number to 1 ans this should show only 1 block in mobile devices. This seems to be a caching issue, so try clearing your cache and then check.

I've cleared cache from both W3 Total Cache and the browser on different mobile devices, and it still shows like this: (see attached files) That normal?
