"order" automatically cancels when a student purchases a course

Hi, I've found a big error. When a student purchases a course using Woocommerce, the payment goes through, but they cannot access the course. A few minutes after they purchase a course, their order gets automatically cancelled. I really hope there is a fix for this error, all of my students have complained! Thank you :)

Can you please let us know which payment gateway are you using. Once a payment goes through, the matter then transfers between WooCommerce and payment gateway.
