Other admins have limited TinyMCE editor

Hi.. so i realise that only my (Administrator, Keymaster) dashbord is with full / 2 rows buttons in TinyMCE editor. All other admins have only first row of buttons and the buttons for paragraph formationg, txt color, font etc missing... Here is the screeenshot with example: https://ibb.co/n90UwG Can i  fix that and top give options to other users to use them?

Hi, The answer for this question is actually present in your screenshot. You need to simply click on the button to see the second row and again click on it to hide it, refer: http://prntscr.com/gw2ewo
