Package file missing

Hello, I am trying to upload a zipped HTML5 course and I get the message, "Package file missing": https://prnt.sc/10suta1 What could be happening? Thanks, regards,

Please make sure that all the files must be in the root itself of the zipped file not a in a folder .

Hi Alex, I increased the size of the files I can upload to the media library and now the error message I get changed, it is:

tus: invalid or missing Location header, originated from request (method: POST, url: https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-json/vbp/v1/user/upload_media_stream, response code: 200, response text: {"status":0, "message": "Upload failed"}, request id: n/a).

Any idea what it could be? Thanks, best regards

YEs the issue appears when a file failed to upload and then we try to upload it again. We are checking and working on this , please try to rename the file and re-upload it again . Also can you please share the package with us to check ?

Hi Alex, Exceptionally, is it possible to upload the HTML, Tin Can or SCORM course via ftp, and then select it as an existing course? Regards,

Yes its possible to upload via ftp in the 'package_uploads' .

Hi yes I checked this up.ITs uploading fine at our local setup when I increased the php post_max_size and upload_max_filesize in php ini configuration . But in your site there is some kind of server error appearing while we are uploading. Please share your valid ftp credentials of https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/ site to check this up.

ok this is fixed at your end , we changed code in vibebp plugin in your site .the same fix will be available in vibebp plugin update /
