page automatically scrolls back up off the footer

hello there, My website scrolls back up off the footer automatically so the footer links are out of view.   I have been having a conversation on the comments part of theme forrest and they said to start a request here.   I have attached a video of the issue http://www.screencast.com/t/QWtbjjsx), The website is http://www.silkwormentertainment.com/

Please try adding the given css from wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css: #scrolltop {     bottom: 42px;   }

This solved the issue on safari but not chrome ??   Thanks

Try this :

    bottom:62px;

 }

in fact the scrolling in general seems rather "excited" and difficult to control

I can see that the scroll to top is covering that text .that is why user when you try to click on the link you clicks on the " top " element and it scrolls you to top . The only way is to move the top a bit higher so that it does not cover the link in footer . Have you tried after clearing the browser cache in chrome .

This is not the problem involving the scroll to top i don't think, what is happening when you scroll down the web page right to the bottom of the footer, with out scrolling or clicking anything the webpage automatically scrolls back up just so the links are out of view.
