December 8, 2016 at 3:10 pm #84262jmu289ParticipantHi, I'm having an issue after the latest wordpress update and WPLMS update. Users have been saying they cannot login - when they go to http://associatepi.com/wp-login and login it takes them to a blank white page. When I do other things, such as try to access my courses page (http://associatepi.com/members/associatepi/course) it takes me to a blank white page, when I click "Take this course" it takes me to a blank page, when I search for a user it takes me to a blank page, when I try to update permalink settings (http://associatepi.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php) it takes me to a blank white page. I can't figure out what the issue is, a lot of the admin actions I take bring me to a blank white page. Had to revert my site back to an older version from two days ago before any updates were made. It's working now but will keep you posted on what happens when I try to update wordpress/plugins againDecember 9, 2016 at 8:46 am #84378Anshuman SahuKeymasterOk we are not able to replicate any of the issue you have mentioned above on our test site .There are issues with the course permalink as of now in wplms .But rest of the issues that you have mentioned above are not appearing at our end. We need the issue to be replicated to check it . Also I checked your site and find it to be working fine and current them version is 2.4 . Can you please provide either a test site (which would be a copy of your site where issues are appearing .) admin credentials and site url of it OR update again and tell us to check . I had this issue last week, my it team had to go to the permalinks page and resave the permalinks to save the site. Will this happen again and what is the fix for this! thanks!December 11, 2016 at 7:59 am #84576Anshuman SahuKeymasterIn recent update 2.4 we tried to resolve an issue with the permalinks that lead to a conflict in permalinks but we have fixed this in vibe customtypes plugin version 2.4.1.3 .Please update the plugin and then re-save the permalinks again.then check the issue again .
