Password rest disappeared on back end

Hi there, I have a brand new student that cannot access his course. At first, the system will not allow him to login with the correct password he has set. Second, when he goes to reset the password and get a confirmation, it still does not work. Third, I tries to go in to the user admin backend and simply reset his password manually and the button has disappeared (see screen shot). Please help, this guy just paid a lot of money with us and this looks bad :(

Your screenshot looks fine no button is missing. Make sure after you enter a new password don't forget to click on update user button at the bottom of the page.
