The Commissions and payout show the labels
Commission balance and Payout balance
These calculations instead actually seem to be Total Commission earned and Payout received
How can we change these labels to make it appropriate?
Yes it actually shows the total ,adding to issue log , will be fixed in the upcoming update .

You made a fix for the payout problem when checkbox is not ticked. I have now tested and problem still appears.

Tutor 'mona' is not checked and has a payout balance of 179.7 and has 10 in box
Tutor 'ebenezer...' is checked and has payout balance of 403.6 and has 15 in the box
Both tutors get paid but on tutor 'mona''s payout screen, the £10 is not recorded although it shows under payout received. So bug exists

Hi to remove this you need to delete the activity as well for the payouts , and delete the payouts itself from wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> payouts .
I think you mean Wp-Admin > LMS > Payouts
I have deleted those. No records show under lms > settings > commission > payout link screen

well moving the payouts to trash will not work, you have delete the payout permanently from trash also .
Ok. I have now deleted the payouts as well. That has removed the data from Commissions and payment menu.
However, the dashboard still retains the data.

You have to hit the reload icon top right in order to update those . These are not done automatically as it needs some heavy queries .
I have hit reload quite a few times, it never goes away :(
Well it would be the commission not payouts .
Can you please share the instructor username and credentials to check this up

We force wiped from database as we cannot wait any longer.
But the clearance of data seems like an issue.
I have now another problem in the Dashboard with multi-currency display. The first tab isn't displaying anything. I have Euro / USD and GBP currencies enabled using the multi-currency plugin
