    hello dear, please have a look here;http://somup.com/cqlY14fkgq as you can see it's in its minimum size that is '0'. so first you need to define the height and width of the certificate then it will be the same size as the certificate as i defined above in the video. hope this will work for you.

    Hi, I seem to be having the same issue and <span style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">need assistance in building my course completion certificate. I have uploaded my pdf background, and am unable to correctly enable shortcodes to show student name, etc.</span>In addition, if I press "View PDF HTML", my shortcodes appear on the preview in the wrong locations. If there a specific order in which I need to do this? Thank you

    Well yes the preview part is just to give the idea of view of the pdf . You need to adjust the widths and alignment of the text fields you are using in your pdf certificate specially from left and top .
