    Hi, i've "Show PDF Certificates only" checked, but the platform is showing certificates in some cases in PDF, but in others as an image in the site. See example https://www.screencast.com/t/5yfpaM2kstp

    hi can you please let us know the version of the plugins and theme you are using? and also the version of the PDF certificate plugin
