Performance Issue

At present my website is in dev environment on localhost and it is extremely slow. I am using wplmschild theme. I have changed it to others themes of wplms but not able to figure out how to increase the speed or what is causing this performance issue on my website. I am afraid that if my website is so slow on internet also then it will not be viable for me to go with this theme. Any suggestion please.

Please check following pointers : 1. Check php error log if there is any errors is appearing in site . 2. Disable the plugins that you feel not necessary for your website .(like if you doe not want events in site then disable the eventon and its wplms addon ) .Lesser  plugins will increase the site  speed as plugins create more load on server . 3. Make sure that wordpress ,wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest . 4. Try setting a new setup on localhost . 5. Install query monitor plugin to check which plugins is taking too much load .

It seems file esceeds allowed upload size . you can upload it online and can share link of that(may be in dropbox) to check the error log .
