Permission denied for student role to retake test

Hi I'm having issue with a permission denied. I'm logging in as a student, I then go to the Profile page under "results" to "Retake Test". When I click on the Retake Test button, it takes me to a page with "Permission Denied". Please advise! Thanks!

Hi Alex, I've attached 4 screenshots of the steps. 1.jpg This is logging in as a student and this is my student profile page. On the top tabs, I click on Results. 2.jpg This is the Results page. When I click on the test, circled in red, it takes me to the test result page (3.jpg). 3.jpg At the bottom of the test restults page, there's a button to "Retake Quiz" When I click the button to retake quiz, it sends me to a "Permission Denied" page. See 4.jpg Please advise! Thanks!

Can you please share admin credentials and site url to check the issue  . Pas mark reply as private while sharing the info  .

We checked your site and found that your  plugins are outdated please update your plugins and check again the issue  .
