PRIVATE ISSUE

HI Issue  1) have added the all the required steps to hide the PRIVATE visibility in the main page carousel, but failed to get the result we are still seeing the PRIVATE in the Carousel. we wanted to remove the PRIVATE display from total WPLMS.  I request you to please check where we are wrong. Issue 2: the popup registration is created and linked to enrol in each course page. But when Visitor close and try to reopen the enrol button the popup is not functioning.   My site user name and password   Thank you suresh dara

1. For private courses, can you please confirm the course has been connected to the product in the course settings. 2. Can you share the steps to replicate the issue with screenshots.

We would like to use HTML bookmarks (anchor links) for course page left menu...for quick jump links like (ex: #events  or #aboutcourse #Course curriculum )  when a Visitor  click on events link it should go event section. please help which file we have to edit to set this positions for all my sections in course details page.

HI Team, We are facing an issue with POP UP. We have placed a pop up registration to enrol for course page . When Visitor cancel the popup the POP disappears but when again when he clicks with out refreshing the same page the pop is not getting opened. Private course label issue : refer :  https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/renaming-private-course-labels/ Using that code you can also rename it to blank . 2. Anchor jumping : Just give a html code in your block : <div id="features"></div> and in the menu item add a custom link and the link will be the id of this div  : "  #features " 3. popup issue : check for the js errors in your site : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors If any then try deactivating the third party plugins . Also please share more information about this .

Hi, Regarding popup issue please find the file attachment. and also please check the following credentials. There is some issue with the close button in you modal popup . when the button is clicked it just dismiss the modal and make the content of the popup display none . If you click outside the popup it works fine and adds does not adds the display none attribute in the content but when clicked on the close button then it adds display none to the content  . refer : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/co6Yh8heNN You can hide that close button or try resolving this .
