Hi,
I'm trying to set the LMS custom registration forms "custom activation email" to "default activation email is sent", but if I choose that option and save the settings, it automatically changes it for one of the other two options, depending on which one you had before.
If I choose "Disable activation email and manually approve accounts.", the user receives the email and automatically logs in, but the account status stays as "admin approval".
If I choose "[{{{site.name}}}] Ative sua conta", the user receives an email with the key authentication, clicking on it just opens a new tab with the home page and the previous tab where the register took place, also redirects to the home page, therefore there is no field to even paste the key and the account status stays as "admin approval" as well.
This happens for both of the custom registration forms, but it doesn't for the default register page, because the user gets the email with the key, clicks on the url, a page with key already typed opens and the account status does not stay as "admin approval", it's already operational and that's the same experience I wanted for the custom forms: register > email > activation key > done.

clicking on link received on email just opens a new tab with the home page : This should not be happen. please share the url of the page where this is happening and admin credentials to check this out .
