Problem links course menu

Hello Mr. Vibe and the team, I have a serious problem with my site. I upgraded to version 2.0.6, and it seemed to work out great. But then something happened. I have noticed a problem with the menu short courses, for example, if I click on the link "curriculum" or "admin" these pages are not loaded and reopen the home page of the course. I also noticed that the permalink of these pages is different from how it was before (http://prntscr.com/a4y8pr)and manually writing the right url page opens (http://prntscr.com/a4y7pn) I can not understand why this has happened without my having done anything special given that until recently was working but how do I fix? Thank you

We have changed the permalink structures in 2.0+ versions. Now you can also add your custom slug, refer: http://prntscr.com/a59app Please go to wp-admin->settings->permalinks and re-save the permalinks.
