Is this issue connected to a particular user only ? Or this issue appears for all the users?
Can you first try removing the certificate (even if it does not appear) for the user from Course - admin - find the user and in bulk action remove certificate and then re-assign the certificate to the user.

Hi, but in the screen you send it did not appear the name of the course.
"ha finalizado el curso online" means "finished the online couse".
If you check the template is
<h4 style="text-align: center;"> ha finalizado el curso online [certificate_course]</h4>
[certificate_course] is the shortcode for the name of the course? Maybe the shortcode is translated? Could you fix it?

But when I select pdf or print the image change the aspect ratio, as you show me in the video. The letters are stretched and do not keep their original proportion. When I download it, it is well proportioned. Could you fix it?

For this you need to adjust the height and width of the certificate from edit course.
But, you reccomend the size 800x600 and I write this. What size do you reccomend?

Well that size is just an estimation of ideal size .
Each certificate template is different and this size may vary .So please try adjusting your width and height according to portrait or landscape mode .
make sure width does not exceeds 1000 and height should be close to your actual certificate content .
Hi, students from one course ("El niño en análisis) can't see the certificate and download it.

It might be possible that certificate is not assigned properly to the course student. Please remove the certificate for that user from course-admin area and then reassign the certificate
