Problem with Front-end course creation

Hi, I have a problem when i'm trying to create and publish a course in the front-end. I'm not able to find the problem nor the solution therefore. It started to do this yesterday, on sunday it worked perfectly. No updates or changes on the site where done in between. Do you know where the problem might be? See screenshot below.

See the screenshot, this happens when I try to publish a unit; It will show the "create course" page again.

In debugging in chrome it gives the folowing error: Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help, check http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.   Any idea on how to resolve?

YOu are using the old front end edit which is no longer maintained by us . Please refer :  https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-front-end-update/
