problemas para instalar el codigo de comprar dice error

place the install theme in the wplms zip file as indicated, then it tells me that it was installed correctly and then when I go to place in the steps the part where it asks me for the license code it tells me an error installing the license and it does not What to do because that is the code I downloaded when I bought it.
