Please note that the there is an issue with the visual composer itself in its latest update .We already a support ticket with the visual composer and based on their response we will be fixing this in the update of vibe course module plugin update .
Second issue with the popup :
Can you please provide information about how are you adding the popup link to the take this course button?
Is that from course -> edit course -> pricing -> EXTERNAL COURSE BUTTON LINK ?

Unable to fix this issue of "Take this Course" button , which opens contact form and is not displayed properly. on below page:

Now , i need your suggestion on below things:
1. I checked the code for admin-ajax.php , for this button related code.But no luck.

Can u guide me , where this contact form is being called , so that i can work upon.
2. If above is not possible, can i remove this button , pls suggest how to remove it.

Well the button will be removed if you enable the apply for course in the course settings .
