Hi, a customer send me this screenshot. https://prnt.sc/rfrl2r He uses an iPad model iPad Pro (12,9"). Software version 12.4.1 Same problem on Safari and Chrome.

hi, i am testing this. i have checked this in all browser and it is working perfectly no browser dependency i have found. now i have to check device dependency please give us time to check this. revert back tomorrow.

Hi, did you find anything? I see the same problem on mozilla firefox (iMac 27 ), if I set "ipad "or" iphone " visualizzation.
