Problems with assignments

Hello For several weeks, we have encountered a problem with the assignments. Students cannot post new ones. As soon as they get to the assignment page, it's as if it has already been posted. They have the result with the grade 0 whereas the assignment has never been sent and corrected. We don't know where the problem comes from.
