Profile Photo of tim not found + can't extend subscription.

Hi I am having 2 separate issues

1. the default profile picture is not loading for users who have not uploaded a picture

instead it is just saying, the name of the person "Profile Photo of tim" http://www.nicheprofitmarketing.com/course/twitter-marketing-excellence/

1. when I am logged in as the admin it is showing that the course is expired. However it the admin tab on the left hand menu is no longer showing up so I am unable to manually extend the users subscription.

if possible can you let me know How I can fix these two issues? thanks, Justin

1. Please upload the default profile photo for the users from wplms -> buddypress : http://prntscr.com/amdpnb 2. I was unable to get you properly on this .Can you please elaborate more on this ?Share some screenshot or something . Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . Are you using nay child theme ? If yes then please replace it with the latest version for the freshly downloaded wplms package . If you are using custom child theme then please replace your course folder with that of the theme.
