question about 2.0 update

Hello, I do probably a stupid question. I update the plugin to version 2.0 without updating the theme wplms?   I ask this because I am using the theme moderm and saw so many things that upgrading to 2.0 are no longer working well for me. But some plugins, for example wplms_assignment and others, should have the solution of some bugs with the new version. So I was wondering if you could just update the plugin.   Thank you

Not recommended. This is the pattern we follow for updates. X.0 : Major Updates X.x : Minor updates with bug fixes and small features X.x.x : Bug fixes and updates   2.0 update requires everything to be updated to 2.0 version.

Currently I have decided not to upgrade to version 2.0 because I noticed many problems still operating in this new version. my site is already at work, and these problems could be losing customers. However, in the version I'm using (1.9.9 with modern theme) I still have some bugs that need a solution. How can I fix these problems? Can you give me the code to fix bugs momentarily.   I await your response and thank you for the great work you are doing.

I would recommend you to wait for the wplms version  2.1  . We would fix all the bugs till that update that are in the 2.0 . Already we have fixed many bugs with the successive updates of theme and plugins  . Now only the modern theme is left with some of the issues .We are fixing all the bugs in modern theme in the next update of it .

Hello Alex, thanks a lot for your advice. I in my site I used the modern theme but I had to turn it off because a few days ago he started to give me problems and I created an "access denied error" from front-end for users not logged. I hope this information will be useful for the next updates of the modern theme.   Now I'm back to using wplms and I decided to try upgrading to 2.0 and now I have seen several bugs fixed, but look forward to the next version;)
