Question Import does not work

Hi, I have an export file of Questions and I am trying to upload it. The system says import complete, but I do not see any questions in the question bank. Let me know if there is any special setting that needs to be done to import questions. I have attached the export file for your reference.

I checked the csv file and imported two question form it successfully please check : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cD1Uo1itTX Please check if the table name is correct or not in the csv file . Export a question and compare your csv file with it to find out where the issue is appearing .

Please also try importing one or two question in your setup .
