Quiz Answers Spamming my comments log

Hi we have a site with a lot of engaging and commnets, and since we setup an exam we get the commnet log flooded with answers.. makes imposible to moderate and answer real comments. How can we get this quiz answers out of the comment log?? or filter them??

hi question answer in comments is deprecated now we store it in activity you can use react quizzes as react quizzes are available in both v3 and v4

what does it mean react quizes? we use the quiz from the exam with everything as we setup ..
