quiz do not show the results

I'm trying to do quizzes level that are not connected to courses, so far I made the test of A1 level, however once the test finish does not show the results and try it again the message "The course isnot activated" How can I solve that? Thanks

Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plguins are updated to latest version . This message is shown when the user has not started the quiz and try to load a question . Please make sure that you click on the start or continue quiz button befor you try to load a question by clicking on the questions in timeline . For asnwers not saving issue please refer steps mentioned in following tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-evaluate-quiz-not-working/ Check the discussion settings mentioned in tip and also make sure that your question have comments enabled from back end wp-admin -> lms -> all questions -> question edit page . If above does not helps and theme and plugins are already updated then please share steps to replicate the issue,site url and admin credentials to check the issue at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing credentials .

Hello, My wplms theme and all its plguins are updated to latest version. I followed steps mentioned en tips For asnwers not saving issue. I have found that the preferences and settings are as mentioned in tip and my question have comments enable. After following all the steps does not work. The problem is that when you open the Test de nivel A1  (in Cursos>Test de nivel> Test de nivel A1) does not allow the test and directly get the message "has completed the test check your answers" and click to "verify test result" does not show the result and links to blog. http://holaschoolbcn.com/wp/cursos/ http://holaschoolbcn.com/wp/quiz/test-de-nivel-a1/ Thanks

I checked your site and found that many of the settings were not set in your site . I set buddypress pages and also some of the settings in course manager . Please check video in private reply .

Thank you very much to solve my problem, but I have a doubt about the quiz, I would like anyone, without having to register, can do the test and the result would show. You have to register to take the test?

Yes non logged in user cannot take the quiz as the quiz module is dependent on the user for her results and marked answer by her . If you want that a student(logged in) who have not purchased the course can take the quiz please do not connect the quiz to course in quiz settings . refer  :   http://prntscr.com/bezijw
