Quiz management

I am trying to figure out how to work with the quizzes, I have been trying to do these things, please help:  

1. delete a persons result from the quiz (my own for when i tested the quiz)

2. see all of the students results at one time, where do i find this?

3. see one students results

4. when i view from the admin panel>submissions>quiz submissions and click on the + sign it does nothing except turn into a - sign. Shouldn't i see some results?

5. when i am in my dashboard and I am click on my instructing modules widget I can see the course modules and quizzes. When i click on the quiz, all I get is the "thank you for taking the quiz" page how do i reset it to see the quiz?

6.under instructor>dashboard>Instructor Statistics widget>course>quiz when i try to get stats, they are obviously wrong. I have 12 students in the course and it tells me that only 4 have taken the quiz. I have tried to look through the forums and am finding nothing useful - I do have discussion turned on for all quiz questions.   please help

thank you for your answers to questions 1-5. That was helpful. Regarding #6, I still cannot see stats when I go to:<span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px;">instructor>dashboard>Instructor Statistics widget>course>quiz </span> I attempted to click the reload icon and it said no data available and the icon goes red.  I do not have any meaningful information from that widget and would like to have it working

The red icon means the stats are not available. For the courses by Instructor. For every course, go to Course - Admin - Stats area and click on the calculator icon (recalculate stats for this course). Once this is done, the stats should appear in the instructor dashboard widget.
